How to Enter the Win Your Purchase Giveaway:

  41. So many motel + hotel stays which I booked through Ebates are never credited to my Ebates account within the time frame in which Ebates reports the credit will post.

    Most motel + hotel stay booked through Ebates are never credited to my account – even when staff report in writing they’ll personally take care of doing so + even when I send follow up inquiries w/ the details + confirmation of the completed stay.

    This happens so frequently, it appears to be intentional. That leaves me not wanting to use Ebates after ~3+ years. I can now obtain rebates/cash back through multiple credit cards +/or other rebate organizations.

    Ebates needs to handle its Ebates accurately and ethically or it will lose its customers to better service and more cash back. Without these two basics combined w/ its organizational frequeny absence of customer service, Ebates won’t be able to survive its competition.

  133. I have same issues as Oscar Wright where I had many, many purchases throughout the year with Macy’s and other vendors, but according to the EBates cash back what I earned was $7. Those purchases were not noted on my account.

  162. A due to being handicap an in a wheelchair. I can no longer drive, and get out to do my shopping for my daughter. Leaving that I can utilize Rates, and get a bit of cash back. For things that I purchase for her from school clothing to supplies. From stores, that I would usually go out and purchase at. Is grand to say the least. It being my therapy, and being able to get a bit of a return on my investment is nice!
